What We Offer
Our work model is typically flexible, and many employees work a combination of in-person and remote hours as project demands allow. HW offers a combined PTO benefit designed to provide employees with flexibility in managing their time off. PTO can be used for vacation, personal time, illness, and holidays, allowing employees to take the time to maintain a healthy work-life balance.

Retirement Contributions
HW offers a 401(k) retirement plan to help employees save for their future. Employees can contribute a portion of their paycheck toward retirement, with the opportunity to take advantage of employer contributions when available.
