Horsley Witten Group provides risk and resilience assessments as well as emergency preparedness and response services to drinking water and wastewater utilities; helping communities to be resilient and responsive during emergencies.

HW assists local, regional, state, and federal agencies and organizations by providing training and workshops to advance water sector response capabilities. We develop and facilitate exercises and workshops that help utilities anticipate threats, strengthen response capabilities, and recover quickly from incidents.

By working closely with utilities, government agencies, and response partners; we create practical, tested plans that can be activated to protect public health and help ensure continuity of critical services before, during, and after an emergency.
