Horsley Witten Group understands that the project design plans and specifications must be properly translated and implemented in the field during the critical construction phase. Through our many years of experience we know that strong communications and close collaboration with the contractor is critical to success. Our clients depend on us to help with public and private bidding documents, to review contractor qualifications, and provide a range of engineering services during project construction. These services can include organizing pre construction meetings, reviewing shop drawings and pay requisitions, observing construction milestones, responding to requests for information, and evaluating change order requests.
