Municipalities are at the core of our work. Many of our clients are communities across New England, and we partner with local governments and agencies to deliver practical, high-value training tailored to their needs. Building on decades of experience—beginning with some of our earliest work in Massachusetts—we design specialized workshops that help communities strengthen readiness, improve coordination, and plan with confidence. In addition, HW provides much of the same support to other municipalities across the country, including Tribal Nations and territories, through our state and federal contracts.
