National Water Wastewater Agency Response Network
Horsley Witten Group supported the U.S. EPA in promoting water sector preparedness to natural and manmade threats through a series of twelve unique tasks. The tasks included support for the national Water/Wastewater Agency Response Network (WARN) program by facilitating two WARN functional exercises (FEs), the National WARN Chairs Meeting, the development of a 2025 WARN Progress Report, and coordinating with Cylosoft to develop a WARN Website development and hosting initiative.
In addition, HW staff has facilitated multiple state level tabletop exercises (TTXs) and EPA RegionalCapacity Building Workshops. HW is also developing a portable response resources report, a Wildfire Resilience Guide, and Drought Resilience Guide
